Well to be fair you'd need to add good quality distilled water to get the solution. :)

From my experience, there's no magic when it comes to CS production. ie, whatever isn't put into it, comes back at the cost of quality.

That being said, there are units out there such as the Silver Lungs generator that use reversing polarity aimed at eliminating any hands-on time during processing. Though I'd add that this again comes at a cost, as it liberates added oxides into the solution, as both electrodes which are donors become plated in the process. And so I've never liked this method myself.

However, since you're looking for no fuss absolute foolproof way of making CS, I'd ask if you've considered buying it. - Otherwise, I'm really not sure if you're going to find what you're looking for in this case as most of all the process methods involve some form of interaction. - my two cents.
