Thank you. I ended up breaking the fast that same night I posted this.

I think I should take time off work next time if I attempt to do a WF again... I think trying to mix up work and WF was a big mistake. While at work, there was plenty of times I would want to lay down but of course, couldn't.

The heart beat sensation was only getting worse and I vomited short amounts of BILE? about 5-7 times and felt like I was going to collapse.

So I had my boyfriend buy me smartwater and I ate watermelon! It was really delicious. I ate about 4 1" cubes and was surprised at how filling that was.

Had some good hearty homemade bone broth the next day for dinner.
