This is everything that is Candida, the 'eczema' on the hands is probably dyshidrosis.
Unfortunately you don't say where in the world you are, because Nystatin is number 1 treatment and you willhave problems getting it in UK, USA. Over the counter elsewhere.
Also latest experimental treatment is faecal transfer. google 'the power of poop'. This is having amazing results.
