I don't think we have Dr. McComb's supplement here in our country, even if we have I don't think I can afford those supplement. Do you have any cheaper alternatives for supplements? Can I follow the plan without having the supplements? Do I need to exercise like push-ups and sit-ups? I don't know where the smell is coming from, all I know is that every time I went outside people stared in disgustand covered their noses. Our neighbors as well kept on sneezing. I always felt guilty whenever they sneez because I knew it was me. Maybe it's coming from my nose because whenever I hold my nose and smells I smelled something like poop, my mouth has some yellow residue trap in my throat,or from my skin. I also have a bad breath even after brushing my teeth. I have yellow tongue, it has a weird taste and red colors as well like blood.Where can I buy Lugols? Do Drug store sell these? Or I should make it myself in the kitchen? Where can I buy Vit D3? I will prepare all the things and make a plan before starting the diet. I think I will start on 1st of Sept.
