My cholesterol values we're a bit bad before fasting: LDL 4 and HDL 1.

How does water fasting effect cholesterol?

One article of dr Ben Kim stated that cholesterol levels tend to increase during fasting due to disposable material being thrown into blood but will settle in lower levels (than before fasting) after fasting.
