What I mean is if you take a sample of the amount of minerals in spring water or palatable well water, you will find that the numbers are exponentially smaller than the amount in your food and other beverages. This is literal. Why are the naysayers complaining of a lack of a negligible amount of minerals in your water when you can drink an exponentially higher amount of those minerals in just one glass of say juice or milk, etc. Finally for electrolysis to work at let's say a car battery level - 12 volts would only need say about a spoon of salt. Iodized salt is sufficient for this. But your body runs at a fraction of that voltage and amperage...a very very small fraction. The amount of salt needed for your body to do this is so little that I would think there should be other matters of greater concern.
