Presonally, i use zero-lysterine and it does a miracle in fighting that " metallic" and dry feeling in mouth. Doesn't do absolute anything about appetite. Maybe even decerase it. :)

I wouldn't put any sugarfree gum in my mouth. That is a road to failure (appetite) + I consider it toxic. Because it contains a bit of calories and artificial sweeteners that are digested. Lysterine... Hm... Because i spit it out, i don't take that absorprion level so seriously (in doing damage to fast)
