Loll! @magnesiumoxide:)) there will be enough peaches once your ready to end your fast-) your doing great:) I'm happy you said always end your fast on a high and not a low, I've heard it so many times & it's very true. 20Ibs weight loss is awesome-) well done!
On day 10 today and I've lost 16 pounds. I weighed in at 168.8 pounds today. my size 8's fits pretty perfect:) I'm not where I want to be yet, but I'm very proud of my commitment & progress to this waterfast..I will lose the next 20-25ibs with intermittent fasting-) my fiancée picked me up and gave me a big huge & told me he was proud of me, it really made me feel soo good inside:))
