Well said @scorpioeyes.. In the end it's all about how you feel & how your body's is reacting versus how many days you do. I feel great on day 10 so I'm even more comfortable going 3 more days, I'm just happy to have gone 7 days..loll-)

I'm a lil OCD with numbers, 13 has always been a lucky number for me esp with fasting, one of these days I will venture to 14days of cleansing, I promise😀
