so if you dont break your fast on simple sugars what do you suggest for breaking fast? and what length fast are we talking? i mean, 36 hour fast you could break with probably whatever you want but i am on day 16 water only so anything other than diluted, organic, fresh pressed juice and i would be i serious trouble.
