yes, your joy is energy, just make your self feel it, you do not need reason to have that. exception: we need nature or health and thus peace, no sin.
the evil men try to take every thing, even nature where you can hide from them. terrible.
their ill nature would never allow you any peace at all and we too alarmed we never rest until the water be clear from mud. they play evil tricks. then if you want peace, get in a box and feed yourself with their food you can buy, ye, poison all right. who cares? and for this reason we look for none-attachment. into the box.
