I finally finished reading your report. There are many things that I've learned especially with Antibiotics and will never take it again. It now makes sense a year ago we went for a swim in the pool and then when we went home some of my friend kept on blocking their noses first I thought it was no big deal so I just ignored it and then I've read in one article that chlorine could kill the bad smell coming from the nose area because back then I have no idea about Candida so I tried it last November when we celebrate my birthday. I stayed in the water for the whole day that day trying to kill all the bad smell coming from my nose and the next day I found my condition worsen. I love eating sweets since I was a kid but I had this addiction to sweets last year up until now . I don't know why I just can't explain. My stomach hurts. I'm having frequent diarrhea. There are more brown spots all over my body and there is dandruff up to my forehead. I felt disgusted with my own body.

I think I will read your reports again thoroughly because I find it hard to understand some of the words. Do you know what I can substitute for rice because I eat a lot of rice more than what average guy eats. I don't eat breakfast anymore because everything we had for breakfast is full of sugar. Can I eat plain bread because it is my only hope for breakfast. Is noodles okay? I also spread Alum all over my body during shower will it help me so that I can stop using it when it can't. Is it okay for me not to sleep early or less than 8 hours of sleep? Can I have potato chips at least once a week? I also stopped exercising although I walk a lot especially when bored. I don't drink enough water. Now that I've read your report what I'm going to do next, what are the things that I need to buy? Can I take probiotics, vitamins, chlorophyll? Sorry if I couldn't reply fast because internet in our country is at 5$ a day it is expensive and I'm saving money that my aunt gave me for supplements .
