Thanks for that excellent research ! You are terrific!

Vitamin D3 has been a true miracle for my own health. I used to suffer TERRIBLE chest colds every winter for MANY DECADES. I also caught every flu that came around. Now since taking D3, 10,000 IU daily, no more chest colds, no more flu. At most I might get a few sniffles. I dare not go without D3. It is the only supplement I take with me on vacation.

Now in hindsight, those were simply Candida symptoms brought on by my immune system in shambles.
