Well I still keep feeling heartbeats near my left armpit area from time to time. I have started to take both Niacin 100mg and Magnesium 250mg starting this past Saturday.Today I felt my face hot and saw myself in the mirror and my face was turning red. That lasted for 30 minutes or so until I went to back to normal.

Whereas today on my way to school I was feeling really dizzy all of the sudden that I felt that I had to lay down for a while. Fortunately that only lasted for 15 minutes or so. I still am feeling dizzy and I wonder if I need to increase the dosage of magnesium?

Oh another thing I forgot to mention is that right after I took both Niacin 100mg, and Magnesium 250mg and drank a bottle of water, I felt my mouth dry like I had little saliva in my teeth. That was a few minutes before I felt a burning sensation in my ears and says my face get red from the Niacin that I took. The mouth dryness went away as soon as my face was returning to a normal color, and the Niacin flush effect diminishing.

I have been looking for a holistic/naturopathic doctor in my area and found one that's like 20-25 minutes away from my home. I'm planning to schedule an appointment to get to see that doctor.
