You have to learn how to listen to your body. No doctor, nobody else, no diagnostic machine, nothing knows what your body needs more than your body knows. Sometimes we can hear the body begging for attention, but we don't know how to interpret the request. That is when it helps to get the advice and opinions of those who have figured it out. Ultimately it is an individual endeavor, and regardless of all the available information, you have to do what is right for you. And nobody knows what that is, but your own body does.
