Is it normal to have increased food reactions when tapering the HC?

Ever since the HC decrease and now even as I've added back to 15, I'm having episodes where I'll eat chickpeas and my throat will feel tight and will begin to immediately drain.... also, mood swings and burning face.

I never had issues like this with chickpeas... not to this extent.
