internally and externally. Iodine dissolves fat. avoid all hydrogenated fats, Genetically-Modified-Organisms fats (soy, corn, etc), not for human consumption fats (canola/rape, cottonseed, etc) and any rancid fats (which are worse than no fats). and dont use anything on your slin that you would eat and swallow big.
