sodium, potassium and iodide.

i have no idea what people are afraid of with iodide. take it by the gram - two or three in a day if necessary. and you wont come anywhere near any kind of overdose. AND you wont experience a ton of trouble, either. mostly runny nose. maybe slight headache.

then IMAM. im telling you now, the histamine actions are dehydration. forget your adrenals unless you get hydrated.

then there is lyme and shingles. again, dump salt into your system.

allergies only exist if you let them.
