You can't imagine just how lucky you are! Acid reflux is so annoying, especially if it's a persistent condition.
I've never had acid reflux before this fast so I have no idea how to deal with it...I'm experimenting all the time.
It feels like yoga is the most efficient strategy. Drinking less water helps as well. Warm water doesn't do anythingto me. Breathing exercises are also most helpful.
