Have you looked at the yahoo Trimethylaminuria forum yet? I have gotten a lot of good advice from it. A guy on there recently started taking N-Acetyl L-Cysteine and says he does not smell bad anymore. I am going to buy some this weekend and will let you know if it helps me. He takes the 600 mg pills and 2-3 pills every couple of hours.
