I eat healthy, loads of raw foods, hardly ever eat wheat and hardly ever eat anything with Sugar in it - I am sick of doing this as I sometimes feel like a treat like the next person. The only thing I haven't ever cut out is fruit and I know many candida diets say not to eat fruit. Anyway despite all my diet efforts over the years now my candida is raging so that is why I am asking about Borax as I am desperate.
