Thank you! My fiancé told me this morning I'm def more slimmer:) I leave to New Orleans sept27 so I have a whole months still-) I'm impatiently waiting:) thanks for the words of wisdom-fasting is like a roller coaster, there's good days and bad days and I must be strong on bad days! That's good your hair has gotten healthier that's amazing! I wanted to say I agree with you, in a few of your earlier post you wrote about raw or plant based only diets are not for you I believe. I wanted to say I agree, those diets are not for me,after this waterfast I want a longterm eating life plan, and the food choices has to be a lil bit of everything( good quality food & portion control) I remember reading your comment and I always wanted to respond to you about it-)
