Sorry, but if it can not kill them in water, then it is not so likely to work in the blood. It may be able to kill some limited specific species but does not work across the board.

No, it kills everything, protozoa, bacteria, fungi, etc. even the spores., across the board, including the algae.

This is verified by microscopic observation. It is not just algae, but all microbes that were killed.
