To be honest, I have no idea. The scale at my parents shows a different reality (2 lbs more) than the one I've used the first 19 days. Haha...

In the first 18 days I've lost 17 lbs.

Hm, I thought we always lose weight while sleeping. You know metabolic fat breakdown into ketone bodies and sweating and such. The first one is done in resting state.
But 2.4 lbs a day is a feat! Congrats!

How much water do you guys drink?
I've started to drink much less water because of acid refluxes (1.5 l a day). And because water is making me sick...
