I was never diagnosed as pcos but I have very high testosterone (400 last time it was checked) and I thought saw palmetto might help but when I took it and my ..libido was like insanely high. It was normal to begin with but it was unbearable with saw palmetto. If it is blocking the conversion of testosterone, does that mean it will raise it? And just wondering if you guys had any suggestions on supplements to take - I have low estrogen, low progesterone, and high testosterone.
I currently take nac.
