It sounds like disseminated round worms. meds taken in combinations work the best. Albendazole 400 mg twice a day with 40 g of fat for 15 days and ivermectin once a day every other day worked well for me. Also make sure your stomach acid is strong and take digestive enzymes like papaya. If you can't stand the crawling benedryl should help.
