I am really happy for your success. I really think questioning your gluten issues is a waste of time as we (humans) were never equipped to handle any kind of grains. Eliminating them from my diet has relieved all kinds of digestive/intestinal issues for me.
I have reversed fibro this last year through diet and cleanses and I will never go back to consuming grains. I am also paleo.
