Useful info. I have the mucus yelly you speak of, I can tell. I got out just from my last milk/salt enema 4.5 weighted pounds of if. I too, feel that my absorption is extremely weak due to this. Like something covers my inside making absorption really weak.

I'll pick up some castor oil, thanks.
