I wouldn't touch that particular cleanse combo... if meds weren't an option, I would look for a different combo... oil of oregano, garlic and other purifying herbs perhaps.
I don't know for sure, but from what I understand from one of the protocols on here, worms and larvae migrate to the lower intestine or colon, out of reach of meds, so mineral oil is suggested to soften the stool and flush them out.
It could also explain why some people have such a hard time killing pinworms.
You might have luck with an enema... at this point, it wouldnt hurt to try.
