Yea ive had low libido for a long time. I have a lot of symptoms but talking about gut there is IBS, loose stools, some pain/discomfort etc.

This was not after an enema. I took 2 tbsp of psyllium husks with water. Passed it 3-4 hours later. Same things usually come out when im doing psyllium seeds
