Ah ok.
No, I don't have any bowel movement at all. But I'm sure I will, once I start drinking watered down orange juice.

Color red & meditative state? now that's pretty cool and strange at the same time. Do you meditate on a regular basis?

Well, my goal at the moment is to WF for 21 days. My ultimate goal is 28 days. By then the healing process should be more or less complete and that's what I'm aiming for.

I don't plan to prove my sloth theory by the way ;)
