haha...dreaming about food, oh boy i hope that doesn't happen to me because i already daydream about food all day long. BM is bowel movement. You dont have to get into specifics i am just curious if you have been using the toilet. Is there any reason you use mineral water and not distilled? staring at a point for 2 hours eh..This is really weird but the other day i was craving the color red...lol..seriously...so i pulled up a red background on my computer so that the entire screen was red and then i put it about an inch from my face and just stared at it for like an hour....i got lost in the color and it almost immediately brought me to a meditative state..it was quite odd. so you're planning on 40 days?
