I can't say whether or not i feel better in terms of fatigue and foggy brain... but the last 2 times i did enemas with a pinch of borax, i got rid of a load of ropes and slept like a freakin baby. When I was laying in bed I felt this warm pulse from the stomach down to my feet and it was strangely calming. I never particularly enjoyed enemas.. i always dreaded them but did them because they needed to be done, but now I can see why people sort of get hooked on them.
The first one was better than the second one... the first one was a fully intact rope with the sprouts or roots on them, which i never had before... and the second one was just a bunch of 4-5 inch ropes that were nothing special but omg it was a little painful for about 20 minutes because of the cramping.

And i can't believe i just wrote that lol
I never in a million years thought I'd be doing this stuff!
