I'm a bit confused, I've read most of the articles available at Iodine support as well as these forums.
Is the iodine/iodide you're taking Lugol's? And then you are adding SSKI on top of that?
I am taking 50mg per day of Liquid Kelp, which is the only drinkable Iodine I could get my hands on at Whole Foods, and have felt fine so far. I did my first day of about 2mg Iodine via kelp tablets and had terrible die-off symptoms. Does anyone know if Liquid Kelp is OK? On the bottle it says 800mcg from kelp, potassium Iodide per drop.
