When you start to get sick you're supposed to step down a does. I started with day 1 3 drops 3 times a day in 8 oz of distilled water. And increased my drops by one each day until my 25 mark and stayed there for 3 weeks to cure my breast cancer. At 10 drops 3x a day I started throwing up having cold sweats so I went back to 8 drops.
