true. i am about 40lbs overweight..i dropped 10lbs in the first 5 days but i am on day 7 and didnt lose even an ounce in the last 2 days. i dont think i have lost any fat at all, just water. however, my main goal is not weight loss so i am not worrying too much. the weight will come off once i break the fast and get back to a healthy lifestyle of nutritious food and exercise.
