Also, I didn't mention that my bowels stopped working on their own. With all the salt water flushes, herbal laxative tea, and enemas, I just wasn't able to go on my own. I started cleansing in 2003 with an Arise and Shine cleanse for 5 weeks then went on to juicing and this year did the MC. It's only been a couple weeks now that I have had my gut working on it's own again without having to do an enema. I've been taking a probiotic every day and do a fruit smoothie for breakfast and a salad with lots of sprouts for dinner. The real Mover for me was the fresh blackberries I pick on my daily walks, they have really helped. Gonna miss them as the season here for blackberries is nearing it's end.
