Every cell in your body uses Sugar as it's fuel. So you will be exhausted without it.

Also. If the Candida cant find Sugar from your diet it will dig through your intestines into the blood stream instead. So it isn't a good idea to starve it.

Carrots are a good antibiotic. The roots are made to not rot in the ground. If you eat a good size carrot every day it will kill off all the bad pathogens in the small intestine which is suppose to be sterile. Not many if any bad bugs can survive a steady dose of carrot fiber. According to Ray Peat PHD.
