i get them when i go a saline enema with just a pinch of borax (4oz)and a drop of dish soap.
eucalyptus oil brings them out too.. pretty much anything that's antifungal will usually produce a rope... like apple cider vinegar and lemon juice and water enemas.
the weird thing about them too is, one day you might have one... then none the next time, then all of a sudden 3 or 4. where the hell are they coming from??
