Nascent Iodine is usually dispensed in much lower dosages. 50mg is quite a lot for nascent. And I dont mean to sound like a dick here but it sounds like youre not that familiar with using Iodine nor salt, etc..

It might be a good idea for you to stop everything youre doing until youve learned enough so as to not do damage to yourself.

SSKI is super saturated potassium iodide.

pink himalayan salt is fine.
