Hi, I'm beginning a 14 day waterfast tomorrow. In the past I've done numerous of 13 day master cleanse but I've always wanted to do a water only fast. No vitamins, no lemons just plain water. My goal is to do a 14day waterfast, I would like to go up to 21 but it will depend on how I'm feeling on day 14. I like this supported forum:) it's a good feeling to be around other fellow waterfasters. I weigh 181.8Ibs. I'm 5'9 (medium frame) female. My goal is to lose 20Ibs in 2 weeks. I'd like to be at 161-164Ibs in 2 weeks:) I'll try to write daily on here-) how are other fasters doing? I will be happy to hear of your experiences!
