Hello,so I'm new to this forum and basically stumbled upon it while researching juicing but then I realised how helpful this could be to me. let me tell you a bit about my story and why I took an interest in juicing. well I guess I've known about juicing for a few months though I didn't really take an interest in it till a few weeks ago.
You see I've been overweight for as long as I can remember, not severely overweight but about 20 pounds so through all of my adolescent life I've been what you would probably acknowledge as the chubby girl, the girl that would look a lot cuter if she shed a few pounds and that's why I want to try a juice fast not to lose weight.(well that's a part in it but that's not the whole story) I want to juice fast not because it will hopefully kick-off a weight loss journey but because i hope it will kick-start a new lifestyle for me.
And tomorrow I shall start my juice fast tomorrow and i really would love if any of you guys could join me on this possibly life changing experience.
