Theres no way Im reading that entire post and Im totally into Vitamin D.

From what I did read I disagree with the premise that Vitamin D is bad for you... Im not advocating supplementing with pills as there are probably negative connotations with that.

I try to get sun and eat food naturally high in Vitamin D.
