Hello Mr Grizz my deep apology for my late reply. I had encountered internet problems. I waited for two month just to find out that it can't be fix anymore. Yesterday, I bought a pocket wifi just to have an access to the internet. Today I wake up early and I'm eager to read all of your advice. Starting today, I will list down all my activities and my diet. I'm hoping that you're still here because I really need someone's help. As soon as I've read all these(and I think it will take a while before I fully understand) I will then message again. Please do continue sending information I would really appreciate it. Thank you again for all these moral boosting information.
