Well, I'm taking MAG/CAL softgels from Now Foods, 500mg Magnesium Oxide&Citrate. Some more wouldn't hurt I guess, I'll be picking up citrate tomorrow.
Yup, I think I got Ascaris but I'm not all sure of it. If checking the first picture in the thread i linked- I haven't been able to identify it.
Did the soap and citrate solve your blockage completely? What soap was it?
