You really think I'm doing well?! I thought people get like a hundred stones in one flush. I'll be doing this for years to get 2000 stones out.
I do eat a low fat vegan diet and I've felt better ever since starting that but no change in my skin at all :(
Thanks for the advice on the ES, I take a bite of lemon after it usually. Nasty nasty stuff.
