Shrimpy --
I went to Dr Cahill and was told to take the following protocol:

Paromoycin (250mg 3x daily)
for 10 days, and then
Tindamax (1000mg 2x daily)
for 3 days

After reading a post written here was alerted the order may be reversed. Called doctors office and was told it doesn't matter which order.

What is the thought here?
