Sea Salt is great because it has 92 minerals we need. However when I started taking it daily I felt "funny". I now just use it once a week and feel fine. You are not supposed to add it to the water, instead put it on your tounge and drink the water. I really like Barbara O'Neill "salt and water" on youtube.
