congrats - never heard of borax, googled it, i guess its similar to baking soda - have you tried that in an emema yet? esp good for getting out mucous and meant to be useful against ropes or roundworms.. what did this worm you got out look like exactly? and have you had any more luck getting stuff out with the coffee enemas? have you tried putting your feet up a wall so that it all goes a bit deeper?
