That's pretty strange and interesting. I thought all people with leaky gut (or suspect leaky gut) were gluten intolerant.

Have you tried l-glutamine and slippery elm for your gut lining and digestion? Hopefully you're not allergic to those. As for your hernia, I don't know if there's anything you can do anything about it. :/
